IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. That the Appeal be allowed and the Order of 6 February 2012 be set aside

2. That the proceedings against CIRO be struck out for want of jurisdiction.

3. That CHRIS  pay to the Claimant within 14 days the sum of AED 321,563.

4. That CHRIS pay to the Claimant within 14 days in respect of his costs the sum of AED 9263 (being the Court fees incurred by the Claimant in bringing these proceedings).
