CONSENT ORDER


UPON the issuance of the orders of Justice Sir Peter Gross dated 16 June 2022 concerning the parties’ submissions in relation to the Claimant’s Amendment Application CFI-106-2021/2

AND UPON the parties having agreed to the extension for the filing of the Claimant's evidence as to the basis of the Second Defendant’s personal liability

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

1. The date for filing the Claimant's skeleton argument and draft pleading setting out the basis on which it alleges the Second Defendant is personally liable to the Claimant is extended from4pm on 14 July 2022to4pm on 21 July 2022.

2. Within 5 weeks thereafter and superseding any previous orders, the Defendants are to respond to the matters advanced by the Claimant under paragraph 1 above.

3. Within 2 weeks thereafter, any further submissions and authorities are to be delivered and uploaded onto the e-bundle.

4. The hearing (covering both the Jurisdictional Challenge Application and Amendment Applications) is to be re-fixed, with a length of 4 hours, with the Registry to provide additional proposed dates to those previously conveyed to the Parties by the Registry’s email of 12 July 2022 which additional proposed dates shall fall after the second week of October 2022.

5. There be no order as to costs.
