UPON the Claimant’s Part 7 claim in Case No. CFI-098-2021 issued on 11 November 2021 (the “Claim”)

AND UPON the Order of Justice Robert French dated 25 March 2024 granting the Claimant’s Application No. CFI-098-2021/7 dated 13 February 2024 and giving directions that the Claim proceed by way of the standard Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”) Part 7 claims procedure

AND UPON the Claimant’s Application dated 15 July 2024 that the deadline for the parties to file and exchange expert reports (if any) be extended from 25 July 2024 until 9 August 2024 (the “Application”)

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Application is granted.

2. The time for the parties to file and exchange expert reports (if any) shall be extended until 4pm (GST) on 9 August 2024.

3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
