AND UPON reviewing the Third Defendant’s Application No. CFI-033-2017/26 dated 4 March 2022 for the appeal notice dated 4 March filed by the Third Defendant against the Direction be determined on urgent basis and for the proceedings to be stayed pending the determination of the application for permission to appeal and (if granted) the appeal, or further order of the Court (the“Application”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is procedurally irregular and, on this premise, is dismissed.
